Each page features columns for date, name, address, time, badge number, company and address, citizen, department or person to visit, purpose of visit, time in/out and remarks. Use for factories, warehouses and large offices where a detailed record of callers must be kept. Design features a hardbound black cover with brown trim, gold foil stamping and white, heavyweight ledger paper. Each page is printed on both sides in black, red and blue.
